From the moment i walked in i felt very safe to be in such a professional atmosphere. Getting greeted with very polite and friendly staff i very much felt at ease. The doctor was very attentive and gentle throughout the whole process. As visiting a dentist is never easy this place made it a very pleasantful experience.

First time here at Dental Pro, had a tooth decay that I had been prolonging for awhile. Right side of my face was swollen and needed a emergency tooth extraction. Book online at 2AM Tuesday scrambling to find a dentist near by and Dental Pro came up and booked at 10AM same day. Got a phone call in the morning at 9AM from Fred that everything has been booked and Dr Roneel would the dentist I'll be seeing on the day. Upon arrival was very welcomed by Fred and was looked after before the Dr Roneel arrived. Dr Roneel ran through the procedures and steps very smooth transition and very professional was out within 45mins with the tooth extraction and pain gone. Will be back for some more works and looking forwards to seeing the team again.

I never miss an appointment because they send reminders by email, text and phone call, which is perfect for me as I’m busy (and a bit forgetful!). The clinic is also very convenient, with plenty of free parking and a bus stop right outside. The reception team is consistently friendly, efficient and welcoming, no matter how busy they are, and they make check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. The dental hygienist is highly experienced—skilled, knowledgeable and always one step ahead, working seamlessly with the dentist to make the visit as comfortable as possible. The dentist is thorough and gentle, never pushy, and explains recommendations clearly to support long-term dental health. Having health fund cover means I don’t have any out-of-pocket costs, which really tops off the experience. They even send you home with a little extra—often free toothpaste or a small gift—so you leave with more than just a great clean. Overall, I highly recommend Dental Pro for their cleanliness, friendliness, efficiency and consistently excellent service—something that’s genuinely rare these days. Well done, team!
