Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. All promotion coupons are valid until the close of business of the expiry date shown on the coupon.
2. A promotion is valid once per patient for a single visit.
3. A promotion coupon must be presented at the reception desk for redemption immediately following the treatment.
4. Promotions cannot be combined.
5. Patients who are booked under emergency criteria will not be eligible for any promotion.
6. We reserve the right to cancel any promotion if the patient has used the same promotion before.
7. We reserve the right to ask the patient to redeem any promotion at a later date in any of the following cases:
a. Treatment related stock shortage.
b. If the patient fails to present the coupon at the reception desk immediately following their treatment.
c. If the patient has failed to comply with any other policies or conditions including the payment policy and the cancellation policy.
d. If the patient’s health fund card cannot be processed on the HICAPS terminal.
